Refund policy

If your cat does not use the perch within 30 days, contact us through the store and we refund the kit.

Single items follow the same window: if the perch, wand, treats, or collar is not used within 30 days, contact us through this store and we refund it.

Tell us which order it is. We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not promise a number of days for the refund to land in your bank, because that depends on the payment method.
